Although the week prior to this marked the start for the production oriented tasks for the game, this week is when we were set up to actually implement our work and collaborate into one project. Through the implementation of GitHub into the groups workflow it allows the ability to push changes to a singular project which will result in the final product. Furthermore, it allows for version control which will prove as a valuable tool as it means that in case of an error the group is able to go back to a previous version. Paired alongside of the creation of different branches for the different sectors (Design, Audio, Programming, art) it means that each group is able to work independently without causing a large quantity of conflicts and eventually merge together towards the end of production.
In regards to personal reflection, from a contribution standpoint this week is probably my weakest based on the fact that I was not able to get into Guildford as there were train strikes occurring at the time, myself and some others who were experiencing the same issues attempted to communicate with those who were able to get in through discord and discuss any issues on questions that were had for the games design but it was rather difficult and overall unsuccessful.
