ABOUT UE5 VR Project
This project is currently still ongoing and thus a narrative hasn't been established. What is know however is that it will be a First-person shooter similar to the likes of Half-life:Alyx.

This project was a result of myself acquiring a Quest 3 VR headset for Christmas and wanting to explore VR development in Unreal Engine 5 after discussions about adapting a different ongoing project into VR.
For this project I will be developing and designing all systems. I am the sole developer of this prototype as I would like to use it in order to better understand UE5 Development.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

I adapted the default Unreal Engine 5 VR template player pawn in order to make it more effective for a first person shooter. I based my decision making around Half-Life: Alyx's player controller, as I believe that it is the most effective version that has been seen in the market up until the point of this projects development.​​​ I achieved this by adding the following mechanics:
